The basque waist hits at just the right spot and gives the whole dress a really flattering, structured shape. I wore it for a garden wedding and the tea-length skirt swirled beautifully whenever I moved.

The full A-line skirt has an incredible amount of movement; it felt like I was floating down the aisle. The matte satin fabric photographed beautifully without any glare. My bridesmaid said the basque waist was surprisingly flattering and comfortable for dancing all night.

I was nervous about the basque waist looking too stiff, but it actually cinches beautifully and creates a really flattering silhouette. The matte satin has a lovely soft hand and didn't wrinkle during the long ceremony.
