I was worried the tiered skirt might add bulk, but it actually falls beautifully and gives just the right amount of movement. The chiffon is lightweight and didn't wrinkle much during the wedding.

The tiered skirt at the bottom gives the dress such a lovely shape and movement; I felt elegant and comfortable all night. The fitted body is surprisingly flattering without being too tight.

The periwinkle blue is exactly what I hoped for, and the fitted body with that tiered skirt makes it feel both elegant and forgiving. I wore it to a garden party and got so many compliments on the flowy bottom.
